The information gathered are for example: visited pages, entry and output page, kind of browser and operativ system used, date and time informations, number of mouse clicks on a page, ecc. This informations are anonymous and used only for statistical purposes.

How long cookies remain active?
HeraEl uses cookies of different duration. The maximum duration, which affects only some of our cookies, is equal to 360 days. All cookies can be deleted from the browser at any time.

Who has access to HeraEl cookies data?
Only HeraEl can access the data resulting from cookies, data is completely anonymous and will be kept strictly confidential. Occasionally we can use third part cookies for statistical analysis that will keep strictly anonymous and will handle it in compliance with the security measures required by the Privacy Act.
